The DirectLink technicians have discovered a series of voice service call completion issues that have been found to originate with regional cellular carriers. This situation is impacting several local telecom providers. The issue is resulting in failure to connect and/or in progress calls being disconnected. This situation originates outside the DirectLink service area. We will provide updates in this news post as they arise.
