Update 11/11/2025: The issue affecting the webmail login portal has been resolved.
Update 11/10/2025: we have been aware of an issue with the specific domain mail.web-ster.com. If you are getting warnings or having issues receiving mail, please try changing the webmail login URL (or POP/IMAP server) to mail.mydirectlink.net.
We are working with our email vendor to resolve the issue.
Update 11/7/2025: We have received isolated reports of users experiencing difficulty logging into the webmail interface at https://mail.mydirectlink.net. If you encounter this issue, we recommend clearing your browser cache and trying again. We will continue to closely monitor the issue.
