Update 9-11-2024: It appears this issue is resolved. If you are still experiencing issues with your DirectLink email service, please contact Technical Support.
It has come to our attention that members with an "@web-ster.com" email account who send communication to a public/free Gmail account are getting bounced back. We are aware of the situation and are working on a solution.
