December 3, 2025 – 7:03 AM: Upgrades to the email platform have been completed, and it appears to be very responsive and stable. We will continue to monitor and provide updates if the experience changes.
December 2, 2025 – 3:58 AM: Webmail appears to be loading normally. We are waiting for an update in regard to the cause and status going forward.
December 2, 2025 – 10:51 AM: The email platform is currently unavailable due to instability following a recent failover attempt. We are actively working to restore service by reloading the original active load balancer. We will provide updates as soon as progress is made.
December 2, 2025 – 10:30 AM: We have detected increased latency to the webmail interface through the morning. This issue has been escalated to the highest levels and engineers continue to investigate all avenues to identify the root cause.
December 1, 2025 – 2:45 PM: Latency and sluggish responses for the webmail login page appear to have cleared up for the moment, but we continue to investigate the root cause. We will provide additional information as available.
December 1, 2025 – 10:56 AM: We have received reports of increased load times for webmail (mail.mydirectlink.net) this morning. Our email vendor is actively investigating to identify the root cause of the issue.
POP/IMAP email applications, such as Apple Mail or Outlook, do not appear to be affected.
