We have received several reports of members getting "phishing" emails with DocuSign documents attached. They may appear to come from canby.com or with an address of "norply.networksolutions.com". Please ignore these requests and contact Technical Support to report any more information or for any questions.
"Phishing" refers to emails that are fishing for sensitive information by phone or email. Often illegitimately posing as a recognizable person or organization and requesting you click on a link or download an attachment. DirectLink will not contact you by email requesting sensitive information and will always request you call in and verify your account information.
