First things first, if you are having any issues with your internet service with DirectLink, please contact Technical Support. We fully support your internet and wireless connection including your OMNI router. If you're having any issues with your internet or connecting devices to your network please contact us.
It's often best if you call in from your home to troubleshoot your connection.

There are two different types of High-Speed Internet connections with DirectLink. You might have a DSL or a Fiber Connection. Provided with your Internet subscription is a speed rate which is usually quoted as megabits per second (e.g. 100 Mbps).
OMNI IQ App Download
OMNI works best when paired with the OMNI IQ mobile app. With the app, you can:
- Customize your WiFi network
- Manage household profiles and set parental controls
- Run speed tests and prioritize network traffic
- Monitor network and device security
